Ingredients
Scale
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or whole milk for richer texture)
1/4 cup chocolate syrup (good quality)
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional, for depth)
1 cup ice cubes
1/4 cup chilled strong brewed coffee or cold brew concentrate (optional, for depth)
Garnish: Chocolate shavings or a drizzle of chocolate syrup
Instructions
Chill your martini glass thoroughly in the freezer for at least 15 minutes before starting.
Combine the almond milk, chocolate syrup, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, almond extract (if using), and chilled coffee (if using) in a blender.
Add the ice cubes to the blender.
Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and frothy, resembling a thick milkshake consistency. Scrape down the sides if necessary.
Taste the mixture and add more powdered sugar if you prefer it sweeter. Blend again briefly.
Pour the mixture carefully into the chilled martini glass.
Garnish the rim or the surface with chocolate shavings or a swirl of extra chocolate syrup. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a thicker, colder drink, use frozen milk cubes instead of regular ice.
If you want a Keto non-alcoholic chocolate martini, substitute the sugar with your preferred keto sweetener (like erythritol or monk fruit) to taste.
To make this a vegan chocolate martini mocktail, ensure you use plant-based milk (like oat or almond) and verify your chocolate syrup is dairy-free.
For a chocolate mint non-alcoholic martini, add 1/8 teaspoon of peppermint extract along with the vanilla.
