A rich, creamy dessert cocktail featuring cool mint and sweet white chocolate flavors, perfect for an after-dinner treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz White Chocolate Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Crème de Cacao (White)
  • 0.25 oz Peppermint Schnapps
  • 1 oz Heavy Cream or Half-and-Half
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Chill your martini glass before starting.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  3. Measure and pour the vodka, white chocolate liqueur, crème de cacao, peppermint schnapps, and heavy cream into the shaker.
  4. Seal the shaker tightly and shake hard until the mixture is very cold and slightly frothy, about 20 seconds.
  5. Double strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.
  6. Garnish before serving.

Notes

  • For a stronger mint flavor, increase the peppermint schnapps to 0.5 oz, but taste first to check sweetness.
  • If you do not have white chocolate liqueur, you can substitute it with an equal amount of high-quality white chocolate syrup, though the texture may be slightly thinner.
  • To make this a Peppermint Chocolate Martini, use crushed peppermint candies to rim the glass before pouring.
  • For a non-alcoholic version, substitute the vodka and schnapps with white grape juice and a few drops of mint extract, keeping the cream and liqueurs (or syrup substitutes).
