Make this creamy, cheesy chili cheese dip with just three simple ingredients. It is a quick appetizer perfect for game day or any party.

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can chili without beans
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine the chili and softened cream cheese in a medium, microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring halfway through until the cream cheese is mostly melted.
  3. Continue microwaving in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval, until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until it melts into the dip.
  5. Serve immediately with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables.

Notes

  • For a slow cooker version, combine all ingredients in a small slow cooker. Cook on low for 1 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally until smooth. Keep warm on the ‘Keep Warm’ setting for serving.
  • You can substitute the cheddar cheese with Pepper Jack for a little heat.
  • This dip is best served hot.
