- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Fold in half of the cherry pie filling and half of the crushed graham crackers into the fluff mixture.
- Spoon half of the mixture into a serving dish. Top with half of the remaining cherry pie filling.
- Layer the remaining fluff mixture on top, followed by the remaining cherry pie filling.
- Sprinkle the remaining crushed graham crackers over the top layer.
- Cover the dish and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
