8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
12 slices bacon, halved
Instructions
Prepare the jalapeños: Cut each jalapeño in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds and white membranes to reduce the heat.
Make the filling: In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder until combined.
Fill the peppers: Spoon the cheese mixture into each jalapeño half.
Wrap with bacon: Wrap one half-slice of bacon around each filled jalapeño half, securing it with a toothpick if needed.
Cook the poppers: Choose your method: Oven (bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes), Grill (medium heat, turning often until bacon is crisp), or Air Fryer (375°F for 10-12 minutes).

Notes
For less heat, remove all seeds and white pith from the jalapeños.
You can prepare these ahead of time and refrigerate them for up to 24 hours before cooking.
